Children and Youth are welcome at ALL of our services in all of our churches, whilst some of our services (those in our Informal and Family Communion Tracks) make specific provision for young children – see below. If you are considering having your children christened in their local church we’d be delighted to talk to you.

Cafe Sunday – 1st Sunday of the month in Long Crendon

Children’s craft activities are provided alongside a free breakfast for all. Then young children go to their own junior church during the speaker’s talk.

Family Service – 3rd Sunday of the month in Long Crendon

Our time together begins with refreshments alongside craft and Lego Challenge for children. This is followed by a short and informal service with music and videos projected on a screen, aimed at primary-school aged children.

Family Service – 4th Sunday of the month in Nether Winchendon

An equally short and informal service, aimed at primary-school aged children, in the unique surroundings of St Nicholas’ Church, followed by homemade refreshments for all.

Family Communion Track – every Sunday rotating between Long Crendon & Chearsley

In Long Crendon, children are given the opportunity to participate in our famous Lego Challenge or play in our children’s corner during the quieter parts of the service. In Chearsley, children can go to Junior Church on the First Sunday or play a part in the shorter service on the Third Sunday.
