This prayer was written by the year 6 children at Cuddington and Dinton School Recognising what is special in others Dear Lord, Sorry that we do not always appreciate each other and the world we live in. Sorry that we judge people by the colour of their skin and other differences because every person is unique and special. Please forgive us for neglecting the needs of some people. Please forgive those who forget that we should all be treated in the same way and live together happily. Thank you for making us who we are and giving us our individual talents. Thank you for allowing each person to shine and stand out, regardless of our exceptional differences. Amen...

Benefice Lent Group continues, Thursdays to 11th April, 7:30 pm in Church House, Long Crendon.   All welcome, and not too late to join in if you missed the first one!   We will be exploring the Fruits of the Spirit and other key passages.   We will reflect on Jesus’ own character and our own experiences of encountering Christ through the Bible....

Messy Church on the 2nd Sunday regularly attracts around 20 families.  We desperately need more helpers, to sit at the activity tables, show people what to do and help young children with the activity.  No preparation or skills are needed, just a serving heart and welcoming smile!  Contact Sharon on 01844 208740 if you think you can help....

Benefice Lent Programme 2019 Our 2019 Benefice Lent Study will be based on resources from one of our Benefice churches’ chosen charities – Embrace ME.  We thank them for their material. We will run five sessions in total, weekly at 7:30pm, starting on 14th March 2019 in Church House, Long Crendon. Each week we will have the following: Opening worship; Short Bible study; A meditation; A time of prayer; An action/activity Together we will; Explore the Fruits of the Spirit and other key passages. Reflect on Jesus’ own character, based on the Bible passages that we read, and on our own experiences of encountering Christ through the Bible. Pray together and seek to grow through living differently, compassionately, exuberantly, generously and expectantly. We will be challenged about: Living Differently Living Compassionately Living Exuberantly Living Generously Living Expectantly We hope that you will join us, as we seek to learn together....
